Are degrees in the UK recognized in the United States?
​Yes, they are! An undergraduate degree from a UK university is seen as an equivalent credential to a US degree. However, some career paths, such as medicine and dentistry, need to be considered carefully.

How long does an undergraduate degree take to complete in the UK?
Most degrees are completed in three years. The Scottish universities are different and more closely resemble the experience you might have in the US.
Do I need a visa to study in the UK?
Yes, you will need a student visa to go to attend universities in the UK. Information about this can be found on the Home Office website.
